简要总结

Patients with clinically confirmed bronchial asthma as per GINA criteria 2023 are enrolled in this study.

Enrolled participants will be divided into two groups a) Standard therapy for Bronchial asthma, b) Standard therapy with probiotics as adjuvant drugs twice a day, daily for 8weeks

Participants will be followed up after 2weeks, 4weeks and 8weeks after baseline visit.

All participants will undergo complete blood count as routine investigation, included IgE level and PFT to be calculated and the outcome will be assessed at each visit.

入选标准

•Male or female patient with age group between 18-45 years.
•Male or female patient, who met the diagnostic criteria for asthma, with temporarily stable asthmatic symptoms in non-acute attack stage that could be controlled by drug treatment.
•Patients willing to give written and informed consent.
•Conscious and co-operative patients.

排除标准

•Patients not willing to give consent Male or female patient with any history of major disease, such as gastrointestinal diseases, long term requirement for glucocorticoids or other immunosuppressive agents, antibiotics intake 1 month before the trial.
