- •Nurses with the status of employment: paramedical service plan,contractual and formal
- •Nurses with a bachelor's degree or higher.
- •Nurses who are satisfied with our desired training courses.

- •Nurses working in children's age groups, infants and gynecology.
- •The nurse cooperates with both hospitals intervention and control at the same time.
- •Be absent in more than two sessions in the training program.
