•Ability to understand the study information and provide informed consent.
•Participation either as a woman following vaginal childbirth in the early postpartum period (1–6 weeks postpartum) or as a control participant matched for age, body mass index (BMI), and physical activity level.

•Previous pelvic floor or hip surgery, or relevant urogenital conditions (e.g., pelvic organ prolapse = stage 2, chronic pelvic pain).
•Neurological or musculoskeletal disorders that may affect pelvic floor or hip muscle function.
•Multiple pregnancy (e.g., twins or higher-order multiples).
•Cesarean section delivery.
•Inability to voluntarily contract the pelvic floor muscles.
•Delivery before 37 weeks of gestation.
•Current pregnancy.
