- •Inclusion Criteria
- •- Chronic non-specific neck discomfort lasting more than 3 months and worse than 3/10 on a visual analogue scale (VAS)
- •- Smartphone use for more than 1 year
- •- Craniosacral angle of less than 54 degrees
- •- Fully understand the content of this study and agree to participate

- •Exclusion Criteria
- •- No dizziness or disorders affecting balance, and no respiratory illnesses
- •- Restrictions on sitting and standing positions
- •- Pregnant or planning to become pregnant
- •- Those who do not agree to participate in this study
