入选标准
- •time between baseline visit until follow-up time = 15 to 25 years
- •- the patient have received a systematic periodontal therapy (anti-infective therapy including subgingival instrumentation under local anesthesia and possibly periodontal surgery) or did not receive it 15 to 25 years ago and received a regular recall
- •- regular supportive periodontal therapy (SPT: If the recommended interval was once exceeded by 100% by the patient, this is classified as irregular, all others are considered regular.) or regular periodontal recall (at least 2x/year) over the past 15-25 years
- •- periodontal chart (PPD and CAL-V at 6 sites / tooth,) before initiation of therapy and after completion of the active therapy phase (reevaluation 1 or 2 and start of SPT) in the test group
- •- presence of X-ray images of all teeth from the time the therapy is started (± 12 months)
- •- existence of a patient history at follow-up (± 12 months)
- •- return of an OHIP-G49 questionnaire
- •- written informed consent
