入选标准
- •Patients with symptomatic persistent AF (>7 days and <12 months AF duration) undergoing a redo-ablation procedure (previous procedure(s) had to be PVI only).
- •Age =18 years
排除标准
- •PVI with additional ablation targets (CFAE, lines other than CTI) during the previous ablation procedure(s)
- •Paroxysmal AF (including patients that are cardioverted within 7 days after episode onset)
- •Longstanding persistent AF (>12 months with a continuous episode of AF)
- •Contra-indication to catheter ablation therapy
- •LA-diameter >60 mm
