入选标准
- •Patients diagnosed with Idiopathic Parkinson's Disease by neurologists will be included in the study if they meet the following criteria: regularly taking PD medication and in the ON phase; have a Modified Hoehn and Yahr stage between 2.5 and 4; are able to walk 10 meters on a ground surface independently without gait aids; and exhibit normal cognitive function, as assessed by a Thai Mental State Examination (TMSE) score greater than 23.
排除标准
- •Participants will be excluded if they have severe visual or auditory impairments that cannot be corrected with devices, severe musculoskeletal conditions (e.g., severe arthritis, recent fractures, severe foot deformity) significantly impairing gait and postural stability beyond the primary diagnosis, other neurological conditions unrelated to the primary diagnosis (e.g., traumatic brain injury, stroke, peripheral neuropathy, paroxysmal positional vertigo) affecting gait and postural stability, loss of protective sensation evaluated by 10g monofilament, unstable cardiovascular conditions (e.g., uncontrolled hypertension, recent myocardial infarction) contraindicating physical activity, current participation in another clinical trial potentially confounding study results, or plans that may interfere with regular study visit attendance (e.g., extensive travel plans, long-term commitments).
