入选标准
- •Undergoing ovulation induction like Letrozole or Clomiphene Citrate
- •Regular menstrual cycles
- •BMI: between 18 to 29
- •Willing to participate and provide written informed consent
排除标准
- •Structural uterine abnormalities like leiomyomas, congenital uterine anomalies
- •Endometriosis or Pelvic inflammatory disease
- •Systemic Disease like Chronic Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, or any cardiovascular disease.
- •Contraindications to abdominal massage for example recent surgery, suspected pregnancy.
- •Use of medications like vasodilators, anticoagulants that influence vascular blood flow
