- •People who must have a lateral osteotomy in their surgery
- •Not using dexamethasone during and after surgery
- •Not using a cold compress after surgery.
- •Absence of vascular disease
- •Absence of coagulation disorders
- •History of allergy to Bromelain or any of the pineapple products
