- •Diagnosis of chronic rhinitis based on clinical assessment and TNSS.
- •No polyp or anatomical constraints on Computed tomography of paranasal sinuses.
- •Age between 18 and 65 years.
- •Willingness to participate and provide informed consent.
排除标准
- •Previous PNNN or any nasal surgery.
- •Known contraindications for corticosteroid treatment or PNNN.
- •Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis.
- •Severe comorbidities or conditions affecting study outcomes.
