- •-Patients (male and female) aged older than 18 years with advanced (Child´s Grade B or C) cirrhosis scheduled for hepatic hemodynamic investigation.
- •Are the trial subjects under 18? no
- •Number of subjects for this age range:
- •F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) yes
- •F.1.2.1 Number of subjects for this age range
- •F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) yes
- •F.1.3.1 Number of subjects for this age range
排除标准
- •-History of hypertensitivity to the trial drugs and contrast agent or to drugs with a similar chemical structure
- •-Treatment with vasoactive or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or systemic antibiotics one week before the study
- •-Exclusion criteras for hepatic hemodynamic investigation
- •-Cardiac, renal or respiratory failure
- •-previous surgical or transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt
- •-insulin-dependent diabetes
