- •Pain in the TMJ region which aggravated by protrusion, maximal mouth opening and lateral movements of the mandible and function
- •Patient having internal derangement of TMJ with Wilke’s Class II & III
- •Pain persists even after two weeks of analgesics.
排除标准
- •1. Patients with haematological and neurological disorders.
- •2. Rheumatoid Diseases
- •3. Bony ankylosis of the TMJ
- •4. Pregnancy
- •5. Medical contraindications
- •6. Unwillingness to receive one of the study treatments
