It is an interventional single arm study on effect of various panchakarma procedures and shaman aushadhis in the patients of Pakshaghata w.s.r. hemiplegia. this study is having sample size of 30. and patient will be assessed at baseline, aftter discharge and 30 days after discharge.

入选标准
- •Patients clinically examined and diagnosed with sign and symptoms of Paksaghata (Hemiplegia) and confirmed neurological examination.
- •Patients stable after the stroke condition and not chronic more than 5 years.
排除标准
- •Patients suffering from hemiplegia with severe systemic illnesses like uncontrilled diabetes mellitus, and/or any other associated comorbidity.
- •Patient contraindicated for Virechana, Basti, Nasya karma.
