入排标准
入选标准
- •1) Anemic patients as per WHO criteria(Hemoglobin <13g/dl in men & <12g/dl in women)Hemoglobin cut-off 8g/dl.
- •2) Patients with total iron binding capacity value above 350mcg/dl
- •3) Patients with heart failure who have LVEF 40-50% in both the groups
- •4) Patients willing to participate in the study
排除标准
- •1) Patient <18 years of age
- •2) Patients who already on Iron and Erythropoietin therapy
- •3) Patients who are allergic to Iron/Erythropoietin
- •4) Patients history of Anaphylaxis treatment
- •5) Patients who are in add on therapy or cardiac condition deteriorates during the study will be excluded
- •6) Patients with hemolytic anemia are excluded
- •7) Pregnant women
- •8) Patients who are not willing to give informed consent
