This randomized clinical trial investigates the effect of oculomotor training on postural stability and motor proficiency in children with spastic diplegia. Participants will undergo structured oculomotor exercises designed to enhance visual-motor integration and balance control. Outcomes will be assessed using standardized measures of postural stability and motor proficiency before and after intervention. The study aims to determine whether targeted oculomotor training can improve functional motor performance and balance in this pediatric population.

By evaluating the effect of structured oculomotor training on postural stability and motor proficiency in children with spastic diplegia, the study seeks to establish whether visual-motor interventions can serve as effective adjuncts to conventional therapy. The rationale is grounded in neuroplasticity: repeated oculomotor exercises may strengthen neural pathways linking visual input to motor output, thereby improving balance and functional performance.

入选标准

  • Their ages will range from 6 to 10 years old. -The degree of spasticity will range from grade 1and1+ according to the Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS)-
  • They will be at level I or II according to gross motor classification system (GMFCS).
  • They will have mild and moderate visual impairment without (CVI) according to visual assessment scale.
  • They will be able to follow verbal command or instructions.

排除标准

  • Uncontrolled seizures.
  • Severe vestibular dysfunction.
  • Recent orthopedic surgery (within 6 months).
  • Severe visual impairment
