- •1) The people who agreed with this clinical research, signed in concents.
- •2) 20 ~ 39 years old
- •3) fasting glucose level < 100mg/dl
- •4) fasting triglyceride level < 150 mg/dl
排除标准
- •1) Subjects who took the medicine and medical supplies in a month.
- •2) Subjects who took anti-platelet medication in a month.
- •3) chronic illness patients (diabetes, liver disease, kidney disease, Cardiovascular disease(hypertension, stroke), thyroid disease, etc.
- •4) BMI <= 18.5 or BMI >= 30
- •5) Subjects who were deceased the body weight more than 4 kg in a month.
- •6) excessive activity
- •7) Subjects who smoke more than 10 cigarettes.
- •8) Subjects who drink alcohol more than 140g a week or 2.5 glasees a day
- •9) Subjects who have allergy about experiment food.
- •10) Subjects who participated another clinical research before in a month.
- •11) pregnant woman, lactating women
