- •isolated, displaced, distal radius fracture type AO 23 A2, A3, B1, B2, B3, C1,C2
- •surgical therapy with volar locking plate
排除标准
- •open fracture
- •non-displaced fracture
- •blunt trauma of the soft tissues G2, G3
- •associated fracture of the ulna (except Processus styloideus ulna fracture)
- •pathological fracture
- •patient unable to comply with postoperative therapy
- •other concomitant fractures, polytrauma
- •bilateral fractures
