Myopia, commonly referred to as short sightedness, is a type of refractive error in which
parallel rays of light coming from infinity are focused in front of the retina when
accommodation is at rest. Myopia is the most common human eye disorder with its increasing prevalence and earlier age
of onset in recent birth cohorts. Procedures like Tarpana are not cost
effective for all and also it cannot be self-administered. Also, no one has ever studied the
Guduchyadi Rasakriya Anjana as a treatment modality in Simple Myopia. Here,Guduchi is a
Rasayana and Tridosha Shamak while Madhu and Saindhava both have Chakshushya
properties. Also, Anjana being one of the Kriyakalpas, is mentioned in Dincharya for ocular
health.T

入选标准
- •1.Patients between the age group of 18 to 40 years will be included.
- •2.Patients will be selected irrespective of gender, socioeconomic status and religion.
- •3.Patients diagnosed with Simple Myopia and his refractive power will be between -0.5D TO -6.00D.
排除标准
- •1.Patient suffering from high myopia and pathological myopia 2.Patient suffering from any retinal pathologies, ocular surface pathology 3.Patient having congenital anomalies 4.One eyed patient.
