- All
入选标准
- •1st or 2nd permanent premolars
- •Caries-free/ intact or small caries in enamel
- •Apex closed, no periapical changes (apical radiograph)
- •No periodontal pockets deeper than 4mm
- •Medical history non-contributory
- •No medication (no antibiotics during last month)
- •No signs or symptoms more severe than reversible pulpitis
- •Positive response to cold test or electrical pulp test
- •Written consent Inclusion requires compliance with all the criteria listed
- •patients willing to participate in study

- •Nonvital teeth
- •Open apex teeth
- •Pulp inflammation
- •Pulp necrosis
- •Root resorption
- •Periapical diseases
- •The bleeding of the exposed pulp cannot be controled in 10 minutes
