入选标准
- •1.Patients with age between 20 to 50 years.
- •2. ASA physical status 1 and 2 patients .
- •3. Patients undergoing Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy under genral anaesthesia.
排除标准
- •1. Patient refusal to participate.
- •2.Patients with atrioventriculat block, cardiac failure, cardiac arrhythmias, renal failure, uncontrolled hypertension and ischemic heart disease
- •3. Documented allergy to drugs
- •4.Pregnant patients
- •5.Patients undergoing emergency surgeries
- •6.Patient on beta blockers
- •7. surgeries getting converted to open cholecystectomy
