- •1. patient who received Ventilator > 2 day
- •2. > 18 year old
- •3. neutrophil > 3,600 cell/mm3
- •4. Platelet> 50,000 cell/mm3
排除标准
- •1. Chlorhexidine anaphylaxis and/or Mucositis
- •2. Re-intubation with in 24 hour
- •3. Readmission ICU and Last Reseach
- •4. Patient Surgery
