入选标准
- •Patient fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of Prameha.
- •Patients fit for Basti Karma.
- •Patients with clinical positive history of Type II Diabetes for 5 to 10 years.
- •Patients who give informed consent.
排除标准
- •Patients with PPBS >320mg/dl, HbA1C above 10.
- •History of frequent and/ severe allregic reactions with multiple medications.
- •Diagnosed cases of other Endocrine and Metabolic disorders.
- •Patients with Type I DM, Infectious diseases, Malignancy.
- •Chain smokers, alcoholics, pregnant and lactating women.
- •Patients unsuitable for Basti karma.
- •Patients with other diabetic complications like Nephropathy, Diabetic Heart Disease, Ketoacidosis.
