- •1. Willing participants
- •2. Healthy young participants who work for more than 3hrs/day on Desktop since 1 year.
- •3. CV angle less than 49.9 degrees.
- •4. VAS score more than 6, that is moderate to worst pain
- •5. Having NDI score of minimum 10%, that is mild and moderate
排除标准
- •1. Non-willing participants
- •2. Any recent surgery, spinal pathology, history of cervical vertebrae fracture, vertigo, ankylosing spondylosis, spondylolisthesis, open wound around the neck.
- •3. Rheumatoid Arthritis Disorder
