入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Subjects with age >18 years diagnosed as sub-acute hemiplegia between 4 weeks to 6 months following a first-time stroke.
- •2.Haemorrhagic or ischemic stroke involving one hemisphere and diagnosed clinically and radiologically with a CT scan.
- •3.Patient having Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score >= 24
- •4.Patients with trunk impairment following stroke with scores < 23 on the Trunk Impairment Scale.
- •5.Patient having Spasticity <= 2 on Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS).
- •6.Patients with <4 on Modified Rankin Scale for disability.
排除标准
- •1.Recurrent strokes
- •2.Communication Problems
- •3.Stroke patients with unilateral neglect, apraxia, and agnosia.
- •4.Post-traumatic hemiplegic patients.
- •5.Uncontrolled Hypertension
- •6.cardiac failure, unstable angina, and patient with a respiratory disorder.
- •7.A sudden worsening condition that prevented the patient from resuming rehabilitative training.
