- •Age 18+, presence of a chronic or hereditary disease which results in physical impairment, German nursing care level minimum level 2, current process of ATD supply, which is planned or already completed, written informed consent
排除标准
- •cognitive impairment, which results in the disability to fill out the questionnaires, ATD supplies for the improvement of a palliative situation with a expectable end of life within the following 3 months, no written informed consent
