- •Written informed consent
- •Clinical diagnosis of chronic stable plaque psoriasis (minimum 5% body surface area) for 6 months
- •Male or Female
- •Are the trial subjects under 18? no
- •Number of subjects for this age range:
- •F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) yes
- •F.1.2.1 Number of subjects for this age range
- •F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) yes
- •F.1.3.1 Number of subjects for this age range
排除标准
- •A concurrent diagnosis of pustular, guttate or erythrodermic psoriasis.
- •Patient who have a history of Coronary Artery Disease.
- •Patients who are currently taking warfarin, diltiazem, amiodarone or verapramil for any indication.
- •Treatment with any other systemic psoriasis therapies where the dose has changed 2 months prior to the entry of the study.
- •Females who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or whom are planning a pregnancy.
