入选标准
- •1. Willing to sign the informed consent;
- •2. Male or female aged 18-70 years;
- •3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of functional constipation;
- •4. Willing and able to comply with the test protocol;
- •5. Willing to follow the instructions of researchers.
排除标准
- •1. Constipation caused by organic lesions;
- •2. Patients who have used drugs to treat functional constipation within the last 2 weeks;
- •3. Patients with severe liver dysfunction;
- •4. Patients with severe renal insufficiency;
- •5. Previous history of liver injury caused by Polygonum multiflorum or preparations containing Polygonum multiflorum multiflorum;
- •6. Pregnant or preparing-for-pregnancy women, nursing women;
- •7. Allergic physique or allergic to this drug;
- •8. The researcher judged that the subjects had poor compliance and could not complete the study according to the program requirements.
