入选标准
- •1) Patients clinically diagnosed as LDH;
- •2) No serious functional diseases of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organs;
- •3) No mental illness or consciousness disorder, and active cooperation in clinical examination and treatment;
- •4) Patients without blood system diseases.
排除标准
- •1) The patients of lumbar disc herniation with serious nerve root adhesion after conservative treatment for 3 months
- •2) Pregnant women or nursing mothers;
- •3) The patients underwent other clinical examination within 3 months before the study;
- •4) The patients with the central, incarcerated huge type or free type lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion;
- •5) Horsetail nerve syndrome or patients with foot drop;
- •6) Combined lumbar spinal canal stenosis or slippage.
