入选标准
- •patients with periodontitis with probing depth of greater than or equal to 6mm planning for surgical pocket therapy without osseous surgery as per 2017 classification of periodontal diseases and conditions
- •patients with good oral hygiene maintenance after phase 1 therapy
排除标准
- •patients not willing to participate in the study
- •medically compromised patients
- •pregnant and lactating women
- •patients who had undergone previous periodontal surgical therapy
- •history of antibiotic intake with in the past 3 months
