- •ASA I or ASA II patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy
排除标准
- •Inability to provide informed consent
- •Refusal for spinal anaesthesia
- •Morbid obesity
- •Coagulation disorders or treatment with anticoagulants
- •Severe spinal deformities
- •Infection at the injection site
- •Symptomatic cardiac and respiratory disease
- •Chronic analgesic use
- •Not capable of understanding PCA device use
- •Undergoing concurrent laparoscopic procedures
