入选标准
- •Age: 18-70 years,
- •Sex: f/m, Actual neck pain (in the past week min. NRS 3/10),
- •Neck Pain duration: > 3 Months,
- •Neck Pain Task Force Classification Grade 1 and 2,
- •Functional impairment in the neck disability index (> 8%).
排除标准
- •Surgery of the cervical spine in the last 12 months, Patients presenting with red flags, Patients with radiculopathy, Psychological diseases, Patients, who have already been treated with Adhesion Therapy according to Herzog, Contraindications for Adhesion Therapy or exercise therapy
