入选标准
- •The patients aged over 18 years old with moderate acne vulgaris by the Leeds-revised criteria with voluntarily signed with informed consent
排除标准
- •1. Patients who previously applied topical corticosteroids, silver-containing drug, topical erythromycin, topical clindamycin, benzoyl peroxide, topical retinoids, chemical peels, topical vitamin C and E within two weeks prior to the study
- •2. Patients who took oral supplementation (oral zinc, vitamin C, vitamin E), oral antibiotics, oral corticosteroids within six weeks prior to study and oral retinoids within six months prior to study
- •3. Patients who were allergic to silver-containing drug, benzoyl peroxide and topical clindamycin
- •4. Currently pregnant and lactating women
- •5. Active skin lesion on study site
- •6. Unable to follow-up according to the study protocol
