入选标准
- •(1) Hemiplegic shoulder pain after stroke onset, (2) periarticular shoulder disorders diagnsed clinically and ultrasonographically, (3) MMSE score, over 20
排除标准
- •(1) Current adhesive capsulitis, (2) rhematoid arthritis, (3) complex regional pain syndroem, fracture, (4) previous history of steroid injection within 3 months, (5) severe aphasia, (6) shoulder pain onset before storke.
