- •1. First pregnant woman
- •2. GA 32-35 weeks
- •3. No complications during pregnancy such as high blood pressure, diabetes, prenatal hemorrhage, twin pregnancies, severe anemia. or a fetus with abnormal health conditions, etc.
- •4. Fetal has the head as the lead.
- •5. Planning a vaginal birth
- •6. Able to read and understand Thai language
- •7. Have a mobile phone running the Android operating system (Android) or the LINE Official Account application.

- •1. The sample group developed complications during the research.
- •2. The sample group did not participate in the activities as scheduled.
