- •Non metastatic cancer requiring primary surgery:
- •Colectomy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, hysterectomy, melanoma excision, mastectomy, cystectomy

- •ASA 4 and above
- •Concurrent pre-operative opioid analgesic use
- •Anti arrythmic drugs, arrythmogenic conditions
- •Hepatic or renal impairment
