简要总结
1.To assess the role of central Venous-Arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure difference in sepsis and septic shock patients in relation to mortality and the length of ICU stay
2.To guide in resuscitation of septic shock patients to stabilize hemodynamic parameters and blood lactate concentration
3.To find the correlation between central Venous-Arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure difference and central venous oxygen saturation.

结局指标
主要结局
To assess the role of pCO2 gap ( central Venous-Arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure difference )in sepsis and septic shock patients in relation to mortality and length of ICU stay
时间窗: pCO2( partial pressure of carbon dioxide) , blood lactate levels, Scvo2(central venous oxygen saturation),hemodynamic parameters, MAP(mean arterial pressure), CVP (central venous pressure) will recorded at T0 , T6 and T24 and every day.
次要结局
- 1.To assess the role played by pCO2 gap to guide in resuscitation of septic shock patients to stabilize the hemodynamic parameters and blood lactate concentrations.(2. To find the correlation between central venous-arterial pCO2 difference and ScvO2)
