入选标准

  • In patients over 20 with ipsilateral shoulder pain and up to 80 years of age, passive range of motion is reduced in at least two directions with the following rotator cuff damage; less than 80 degrees of abduction, less than 130 degrees of forward flexion, less than 30 degrees of external rotation, more than C7 (in Scratch test), or less than L1 (in Scratch test) in case of internal rrotation.
  • 1) Supraspinatus full-thickness tear + other rotator cuff tendon tear
  • 2) Supraspinatus full-thickness tear only
  • 3) Supraspinatus partial thickness tear + other rotator cuff tendon tear
  • 4) Supraspinatus partial thickness tear only

排除标准

  • 1) Secondary adhesive capsulitis due to surgery including major traumas and hemiplegia
  • 2) Patients with systemic inflammatory disease or degenerative arthritis involving joints
  • 3) In the case of systemic diseases such as diabetes or thyroid disease that can cause adhesive capsulitis,
  • 4) Calcific tendinitis has been confirmed in the radiological examination
  • 3) If injection therapy is contraindicated
