- •Patient between the age of 14-30 years.
- •Patient which fall under the diagnostic criteria.
- •Patient with complaint of painful menstruation but without pelvic pathology.
- •Pain along with scanty or average amount of blood flow.
- •Patient willing to be registered for study with written consent.
排除标准
- •Patient age <14 and >30 years.
- •Patient having any pelvic pathology- Endometriosis, Uterine fibroids,Endometrial polyp, Adenomyosis ,UTI etc.
- •patient suffering from any systemic diseases like tuberculosis, cardiac diseases ,hypertension ,AIDS, Syphilis etc.
- •Patient taking oral contraceptive pills.
- •Patient having any history of malignancy.
- •Patient who needs surgical intervention.
- •Patient not willing to be register for study.
- •Pregnant and lactating women.
