We examined the effectiveness of extracorporeal shock wave treatment for upper and lower limb spasticity associated with central neuropathy. The ankle dorsal flexion angle was improved by irradiation of the gastrocnemius muscle. Regarding the knee joint and upper limb, it was difficult to carry out the planned research due to the epidemic of COVID-19.

入选标准
- •1. Central nervous disorder with spasticity in upper and lower extremity muscles
- •2. Orthopedic surgery, botulinum therapy, baclofen intrathecal treatment not received within the past 6 months
- •3. Written informed consent has been obtained from the person or the principal regarding participation in this examination
排除标准
- •1. Oral administration of anticoagulant
- •2. Patients with thrombosis, patients with malignancy
- •Patients who have been receiving cortisone treatment for 3.6 months or more or who have not been 6 weeks since the last cortisone injection
- •4. May be pregnant or pregnant
