入选标准
- •body weight of 45 to 65 kg
- •ASA grade 1 and 2
- •undergoing elective resection of nasal polyp (duration 60-70 minutes)
排除标准
- •history of allergy to these drugs
- •patients with pre existing bleeding and coagulation abnormalities
- •history of hypertension, CAD, renal and hepatic dysfunction
- •cerebral insufficiency
- •patients not willing to participate in study
- •orbital abscess
- •CSF leak with or without CSF rhinorrhea
