入选标准
- •a. The subject should be above 18 years of age.
- •b. The subjects should be primiparous or in case of a multiparous pregnancy, the previous delivery should have been atleast 2 years back with no medical history of previous abortions or miscarriages in between.
排除标准
- •a. The subject should not have been on any periconceptional supplementation of folic acid or vitamin B12.
- •b. The subject should be a non-smoker and non-alcoholic.
- •c. Subject more than 10 weeks of pregnancy will be excluded.
