•1. Patients who meet the criteria of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy;
•2. Conscious patients can communicate with medical staff normally;
•3. Patients aged between 18 and 65 years old;
•4. Patients with VAS score less than 5;
•5. Patients who did not take NSAIDs or opioid analgesics orally;
•6. Patients who voluntarily accepted the treatment plan, informed consent and signed informed consent.

•1. Allergic to traditional Chinese medicine;
•2. Pregnant and lactating women;
•3. Patients who have undergone cervical surgery or have a history of cervical trauma;
•4. Patients with serious primary diseases or psychosis such as heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system;
•5. Patients with skin diseases, infectious diseases or neck skin damage;
•6. Having a history of diabetes and poor control of blood glucose;
•7. Patients with serious illness, not suitable for conservative treatment or requiring surgical treatment;
•8. Patients who have received other treatments and may affect the observation of therapeutic effect indicators in this study.
