The analgesic effect of acetaminophen was shown to occur significantly at 2 hours after administration, indicating a discrepancy between the blood concentration of acetaminophen and the analgesic effect. We simulated PK/PD model estimated from the blood concentration and the rate of change of PEC for each subject.

- •1) Patients who use cardiac pacemaker device
- •2) Expectant or nursing mothers
- •3) Patients who have severe hepatic impairment
- •4) Patients who have allergy to acetaminophen
- •5) Patients who have peptic ulcer
- •6) Patients who have hematological disorder
- •7) Patients who have severe kidney impairment
- •8) Patients who have severe cardiac dysfunction
- •9) Patients who have aspirin asthma
- •10)Patients who is judged ineligible by the doctor in charge
