- •After the ethic committeeâ??s approval, informed written consents were obtained from 108 patients, ASA physical status Iâ??II, age between 18 and 65, scheduled to undergo elective arthroscopic knee surgery.
排除标准
- •Exclusion criteria included Patient refusal, any known allergy or contraindication to ropivacaine, or dexmedetomidine, pregnancy, lactating mothers and children, hepatic, renal or cardiopulmonary abnormality, long-term analgesic therapy, spinal cord deformities, bleeding diathesis, local skin site infections , and morbid obesity (body mass index > 35)..
