入选标准
- •Patients after hemispheric ischemic or heamorrhage stroke
- •- Age 18 to 90 years
- •- Right or left hemiparesis
- •- Patients are classified with pusher behaviour according to the SCP (cut-off > 0 per component)
- •- 30 min in a vertical body position ('standing')
排除标准
- •Exclusion criteria for the therapy with the Lokomat:
- •- orthostatic hypotension
- •- bone fractures
- •- sever osteoporosis
- •- Problems with the skin at the lower extremities (because of the cuffs)
- •- known orthopaedic disorder (e.g. arthrosis)
- •- significant asymmetries (e.g. length of legs)
- •- body height <160 cm and >190 cm or body weight >150 kg
- •Exclusion criteria for the Spacecurl (SPV):
- •- severe cardiovascular disease
- •- known thrombosis
- •- known aneurism
- •- instable spine
- •- neurosis/ psychosis
- •- pregnancy
- •- body height <145 cm and >195 cm or body weigth >130 kg
