- •1. patients presented with classical symptoms of urolithiasis.
- •2. patients having calculus size up to 12 mm.
- •3. recurrence after treatment and surgery.
- •4.bilateral stone.
- •5. controlled case of diabetes and hypertension.
排除标准
- •1.patients having calculus more than 12 mm 2.obstructive pathogenesis like BPH, urethral stricture 3.Associated complications like pyonephrosis, grosshydronephrosis, CKD 4.systemic disease like TB, HIV, Cardiovascular disease 5.Anatomical abnormalities like uteropelvic junction stenosis, polycystic renal disease, horseshoe kidney.
