- •Subjects of both sexes; aged 40-60 years; with type 2 diabetes; with hypertension on stage one or two; with no history of regular exercise for at least six months; with sedentary habits
排除标准
- •Subjects with cardiovascular disease; individuals with comorbidities associated with diabetes; with any other chronic disease; subjects with functional limitations; with joint problems; smokers; who use insulin; who use vasodilatory medications; women who have not reached menopause; women doing hormone replacement
