入选标准
- •Age 18 years to 30 years.
- •Confirmed Keratoconus cases on Pentacam.
- •Kmax more than equal to 48 Dioptre.
- •Minimum corneal thickness 430 to 490 micron.
- •Willing to give informed consent.
- •Willing to use Rigid gas permeable (RGP) contact lens post CXL.
- •Willing for follow up.
排除标准
- •Patients not willing to consent
- •Patients not willing to use RGP contact lens post CXL.
- •Patients not willing for follow-up
- •Minimum Corneal thickness less than 430.
- •Any sign of corneal scar or history of hydrops
- •Prolonged epithelial defect
