- •Male patients 18 years or above.
- •-Single anterior urethral stricture up to 2 cm of length.
排除标准
- •-Multiple strictures.
- •-Stricture of fossa navicularis.
- •-Stricture length more then 2 cm.
- •-Known allergy to lignocaine.
- •-Associated urological co-morbidities like urethral or vesical calculus, benign prostatic hyperplasia, neurovesical dysfunction.
- •-Significant cardiovascular disease.
