- •1.Patient having the symptoms of joint pain in one or both knee joints,swelling, tenderness, stiffness, crepitation,restricted movements of joints.
- •2.Patients who are willing to give radiological investigation and provide blood for lab investigation.
- •3.Patient who are willing to participate in this study with the knowledge of potential risks and who are willing to sign the informed consent form.

- •1.Systemic illness of the patient
- •2.Rheumatoid arthritis
- •3.Use of Narcotic drugs
- •4.Pregnancy and lactation
- •5.History of trauma
- •6.Carcinoma patients
- •7.Tuberculosis
- •8.Immuno compromised patients
- •9.Clinically significant abnormal laboratory values
